Whether you contact the Company through the website or by telephone your enquiry will be dealt with by one of our key people.
Stephen, the original founder of the Company, has worked extensively on the IT side of the business and has been heavily involved in rewriting our software in recent years. However because of his in-depth knowledge you will more than likely meet Stephen in his capacity as Sales Manager where he probably has the answer to a problem before you realise it exists.
Beverley, has now been with the Company for some 10 years and has more recently taken charge of production control. She will discuss with you your packaging and mailing requirements and prepare many of the quotations. Beverley will progress your orders as she has an in-depth knowledge of the production side of our business.
Jan, whom you will rarely meet but may speak to when you telephone has been with the Company since its inception and, as head of finance, manages all accounting aspects of the business.
Our staff are all valued members of our team and range from machine operators to packers and sorters. Following in-house training, they respect the values of the Company to provide the service that you expect and require.
