Stephen James DIRECT MAIL - offers a complete service from concept to completion to businesses and associations, whether small or large, and individuals requiring packing and distribution of their direct mail.

We offer data purchase service to our customers, data manipulation, sortation, addressing and insertion into either paper or polythene, for which both stock and bespoke envelopes are available. 

We have our own small design team with print facilities and print finishing section available to customers.  Our laser and inkjet addressing facilities are operated from our main office where all data processing is rigorously protected by a three stage backup at all times.

In our factory we have the ability to collate, fold, stitch, including corner stitch and trim.  We can manufacture booklets and multicopy letters ready for insertion by hand or our electronic 8 station insertion machine.  In addition we have mechanised polywrapping and inkjetting services.  All completed mailings are collected and signed for from our premises by the designated carrier.
